All professionals listed on this platform are independent individuals who have registered themselves voluntarily. NumberDhundo.in does not employ, supervise, train, or control any listed service provider.

🚫 No Endorsement

The presence of any individual or business on this platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by NumberDhundo.in. Listings appearing at the top of search results reflect paid premium placement or recency — not quality ratings.

We do not conduct background checks, verify qualifications, validate licenses, or confirm the accuracy of any information provided by service providers during registration.

💼 User Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the identity and credentials of any service provider before hiring
• Negotiating and agreeing on service terms, pricing, and timelines directly
• Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from services rendered
• Ensuring their own safety when allowing anyone into their home or workplace

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

NumberDhundo.in shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: unsatisfactory service, property damage, personal injury, fraud, or financial loss caused by any listed provider.

By using this platform, you agree that your sole recourse for any dissatisfaction is to cease using the platform and/or contact the service provider directly.

📥 Information We Collect

From Freelancers (on registration):

• Full name, mobile number, profession/service description
• City, pincode, and base service charge
• Wallet balance and transaction history (internal use only)

From Customers: We collect no personal data from customers. No account creation, no login, no cookies beyond standard browser session storage for click deduplication.

📤 How We Use Your Information

• To display your profile in search results to potential customers
• To manage your wallet balance and lead deductions
• To contact you via WhatsApp for top-up and premium confirmations
• To identify and prevent abuse or spam registrations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

📱 Phone Number Visibility

Your mobile number is not displayed publicly on your profile card. It is only shared with a customer after they click "Call Now" or "WhatsApp" — at which point a small lead fee is deducted from your wallet. This is the core mechanism of the platform.

🗄️ Data Storage

All freelancer data is stored in a secured Google Sheets database accessible only to NumberDhundo.in administrators. We rely on Google's infrastructure and security practices for data protection.

Session data (click deduplication) is stored only in your browser's sessionStorage and is automatically cleared when you close the tab.

Freelancers may request deletion of their profile and all associated data by contacting us on WhatsApp: +91 83770 99775. Requests are processed within 7 working days.

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NumberDhundo.in — whether as a customer searching for services or as a freelancer registering a profile — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

👤 For Customers

• The platform is free to use. No account or registration required.
• You may search, view profiles, call, and WhatsApp any listed provider at no cost to you.
• You agree not to abuse the Call/WhatsApp buttons for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes.
• You understand that NumberDhundo.in is a directory only — not a service guarantee.
• All service arrangements, payments, and disputes are entirely between you and the provider.

🧑‍🔧 For Freelancers

• Registration is free. A ₹50 welcome bonus is credited to your wallet upon signup.
• A small fee (₹5–₹40 depending on profession tier) is deducted from your wallet each time a customer contacts you via the platform.
• Your profile remains visible only while your wallet balance is sufficient to cover at least one lead.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide during registration.
• You must not register with false identity, fake phone numbers, or misleading service descriptions.
• Premium placement (₹299/month) pins your profile to the top of relevant search results.
• Wallet top-ups are processed manually via WhatsApp. No refunds are provided on credited wallet amounts.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate banning:

• Registering fake profiles or impersonating others
• Using automated tools to click contact buttons and drain competitor wallets
• Using the platform for illegal services, scams, or fraud
• Harassing customers or other freelancers
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

🔧 Platform Rights

NumberDhundo.in reserves the right to:

• Remove or suspend any listing at any time without notice
• Modify lead costs, wallet rules, or platform features at any time
• Change these Terms of Service with 7 days' notice posted on the platform

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
